ORIGINAL YOGA CLASSES & WORKOUTS


Yoga For Athletes is designed for cyclists and triathletes to balance strength and flexibility. This class emphasizes the quality and benefits of the sequence using tools and techniques to increase core and abdominal strength, sharpen physical coordination and deepen mental focus. You will quiet the thinking mind by coordinating breath with movement flow and music. Modifications or challenge options are offered so that many levels benefit.


Interval Sports Conditioning - combines sports specific cardiovascular and muscular training. Alternates high energy aerobic athletic movement with body sculpting exercises utilizing dumbbells and barbells with the step for a great interval training workout.


Yoga Fusion Yoga Fusion- Combines classical with contemporary yoga styles for a blend of the highest qualities of each, including dynamic movement with stationary wisdom. This class fuses original waves of movement and smooth transitions between Asana’s coordinated with rhythmic breath. You will experience a therapeutic, yet creative, energizing patterns that strengthen and balance the physical body while calming the mind and spirit. This class uses the principles of alignment & technique with either modifications or challenge options offered so that many levels benefit. Benefits include improved posture, balance and agility, increased strength and flexibility and injury prevention.


Cardio-Dance Jam is a blast and specialized, offering so much more than the dance workouts offered at gyms or health clubs, including warm-ups from Modern dance and Jazz. Aerobic portion includes high energy moves from hip-hop, jazz funk, East coast swing/Lindy hop, salsa and cha-cha combined with athletic movements physiologically designed to sculpt and strengthen while increasing cardiovascular endurance.  The workout improves coordination and rhythm while reducing body fat. It includes high energy low -impact movements that focus on muscle control such as dance movements from Jazz that travel across the floor. The class consists of both choreography and freestyle with new moves each class that works the brain as well as the body. Work-out improves core strength, balance, flexibility, grace, posture and cardiovascular conditioning.


Cardio Sculpt Combines overall Body toning with cardiovascular conditioning resulting in reduced body fat,  increased core strength, and overall sculpting of the muscles. Utilization of step, core ball, dumbbells and bands combing simultaneous movement for core, lower leg and upper body strength .
